How will I receive my final photos/videos?
You will receive a secure online gallery or a downloadable link. You will then have 3 weeks to download your photos/videos.
What are your pricing and packages?
Our pricing depends on the scope of the project. We offer customised packages based on shoot duration, location, and post-production needs. Contact us for a quote.
How long does it take to receive the final photos/videos?
Turnaround time varies by project and will be confirmed in your quote. Typically, photos are delivered within 2-5 working days, while video projects 10-15 working days.
We also offer expedited delivery options.
What happens if I didn't download my photos/videos in time?
If you didn’t download your photos or videos within the provided timeframe, we can retrieve and re-upload them for you.
However, an admin fee may apply.
